I will continue this theme when I have been in it long enough, at the moment it is cloudy with rain but the far horizon has wonderful bright sunshine and the wind is pushing away the clouds. One thing you learn about prison is that time is very, very short!
I can only say look forward, do not look in the rear view mirror!
I will expand this page when I have more to say.
As of 12th August it is getting much better birds buzzing bees twittering and stuff! My family will be taking this pile of dung back to court in september, so more public monies will be spent..... i will add more as it gets under way.
Well my daughter is now sixteen and they are deciding which type of solicitor to go to. The choice is, normal family or ECHR. I think as she is now sixteen but our contact order is in place till she is eighteen, as all of my family including her wish us to be a family, it may be echr, to get the bloody stupid order taken away! As she can even leave home and live on her own, why can she not see me? Talk about waste of public monies!
Well,
at last a result. After nearly a full year of court delay and even
more monies wasted, on the 3rd of November with my daughter now 17 years old
we have finally won our case! We can now be a family, at last. The judgement
went against the social services. No more to say.
