When the first contact occurs with your family, after or even during the allegations, arrest or whatever leads you to be connecting to the "system" in the first place. The why, what now and have we a future, come steaming to the surface.

If your family support you, you are in the minority. Feel deeply and completely humbled by this, as it is not the norm.

If your family turn their backs on you, time may heal the wounds, but do not face the future living on the hope. Far better to construct a future with provision for family to visit, if they wish to, rather than dreaming and have that part of you damaged beyond repair when you leave prison.

All I will say is if you are not guilty and your family stick with you, be prepared for every professional you meet to label you as dangerous. The system, to be seen to be working has to assume the grandeur of total, 100% justice, which repeatedly it gets wrong, leaving lives in ruin and without prosecuting the perpetrators of the lie. All professionals should be sacked if they get it wrong and put inside if the investigation by a totally independent body proves they deliberately lied.

Your family may have a lot of pressure brought on them by cowardly professionals too weak to admit there could have been an error, but in the end you will win, family is something professionals put in second place!
